- Develop and implement new processes and technologies to improve manufacturing operations.
- Work closely with the engineering team to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Conduct research and experiments to test new processes and technologies.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation of new processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of new processes and technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes.
- Train and educate production staff on new processes and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during process innovation.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all process changes and improvements.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures in the manufacturing process.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and recommendations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments.

Experience In Process Improvement: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Process Improvement, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.
Knowledge Of Lean Six Sigma Methodology: A Strong Understanding Of Lean Six Sigma Principles And Methodologies, Such As Dmaic And Kaizen, Is Essential For This Role.
Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Knowledge Of Various Manufacturing Processes, Equipment, And Tools. Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Data Analysis Tools Is Also Desirable.
Attention To Detail: As A Process Innovation Technician, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Identifying Inefficiencies And Opportunities For Improvement In Processes. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Analyze Data Accurately.
