Preventative Maintenance (PM)/Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Follows standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively. Perform daily sustaining duties by responding to down equipment or interlocking alarms. Work in a team environment and have good communication skills with various unit parts. Perform preventative maintenance on photolithography systems. Able to clearly follow Standard Operating Procedures. Ordering parts. Quality control. Review and release lot holds associated with photolithography equipment.
