  1. Lead and manage the Foundry Customer Service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service.
  12. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service, Preferably In The Foundry Industry.
