Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service, Preferably In The Foundry Industry.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Internal Teams.
