IT Technician

Serving as first point of contact for walk ups for internal applications, hardware, printers and remote technology. Actively support office and production PC users and resolve issues. Escalate to upper level support as needed. Initial Imaging, Installing and Repairs for Desktops, Printers, Laptops, etc.Seek out and register new vendors, obtain competitive quotes, and directly purchase IT assets, consumable supplies, and services. Process all IT related invoices in ERP solution and work closely with finance team to ensure timely payment. Track approvals, Ordering, Payment, and Receipt of deliveries for department. Maintain Accurate Inventory and Perform Asset inventory inspection.
