- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and develop solutions to resolve them.
- Collaborate with a team of technicians to complete installation, repairs, and upgrades of HVAC systems.
- Monitor and analyze HVAC system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations related to HVAC systems and ensure compliance.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on proper HVAC maintenance and repair techniques.

Extensive Experience In Hvac System Installation And Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Installing And Maintaining Hvac Systems, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting. They Should Also Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hvac Codes And Regulations.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Troubleshooting Skills: The Senior Mechanical Technician Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Components And Functions Of Hvac Systems, As Well As The Ability To Diagnose And Troubleshoot Complex Mechanical Issues. They Should Also Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Potential Problems And Provide Effective Solutions.
Proficiency In Hvac System Design And Engineering: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hvac System Design Principles And Be Able To Read And Interpret Blueprints And Technical Drawings. They Should Also Have Experience In Planning And Implementing Energy-Efficient Hvac Solutions.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Should Have Proven Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Technicians. They Should Also Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Other Departments.
Certifications And Licenses: To Be Considered For The Position, Candidates Must Hold A Valid Hvac Technician License And Any Relevant Certifications, Such As Epa Section 608 Certification And Nate Certification.
