  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of Samsung Electronics.
  2. Work closely with senior leaders to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance and support on all HR matters.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent management, employee engagement, and other HR-related issues.
  4. Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for change.
  5. Proactively identify and address potential HR issues, and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent in the industry.
  7. Lead and manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  8. Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Business Partner Role, Preferably In A Global Or Technology Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Practices, And Employment Laws.

  • Proven Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication, Analytical, And Problem-Solving Skills.
