- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of Samsung Electronics.
- Work closely with senior leaders to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance and support on all HR matters.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent management, employee engagement, and other HR-related issues.
- Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for change.
- Proactively identify and address potential HR issues, and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent in the industry.
- Lead and manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Business Partner Role, Preferably In A Global Or Technology Company.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Practices, And Employment Laws.
Proven Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
