  1. Oversee the development and launch of the company's next generation GPU hardware products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure timely and successful product development.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for GPU hardware projects.
  4. Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and resources as needed.
  5. Conduct regular meetings and communication with team members to track progress and address any issues or roadblocks.
  6. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitor products to inform product development strategies.
  7. Ensure that all product development processes and procedures are followed and meet industry standards and regulations.
  8. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and materials.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging for the launch of new GPU hardware products.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of GPU hardware products and make recommendations for improvements or updates as needed.
  11. Stay updated on advancements in GPU hardware technology and make recommendations for incorporating new features and capabilities into future products.
  12. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and achieve company goals.
  13. Communicate with upper management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
  14. Identify and address any issues that may arise during the development process, finding solutions to ensure project success.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team, promoting innovation, creativity, and teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Hardware Development Projects, Specifically In The Gpu Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Gpu Architecture And Technology, Including Graphics Rendering, Gpu Drivers, And Graphics Apis

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Hardware Projects On Time And Within Budget

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
