Facilities Electrician Technician

Electrical Technician to support the daily operations and maintenance of the Samsung Austin Semiconductor electrical infrastructure. Maintain Predictive Maintenance schedule on electrical infrastructure and perform corrective maintenance as needed. QAQC and commissioning of electrical equipment such as circuit breakers, bus plugs, busways, transformers, switchgears and panels. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects or the need for adjustment and repair, and to ensure compliance with NEC and job site specifications. Interpret blueprints and schematics. Work from ladders, scaffolds, roofs, inside cleanrooms, high noise areas or hot environments to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures. Perform troubleshooting of relay controls, variable frequency drives (VFD), motor control centers, and synchronous drives. Install electrical services ranging from 480 volts ac to 24 volts dc.
