1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Samsung Electronics' benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.
2. Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement new benefits programs that align with the company's goals and values.
3. Educate employees on the benefits available to them and assist with enrollment and onboarding processes.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related questions and concerns.
5. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to employee benefits.
