- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Samsung Electronics' benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement new benefits programs that align with the company's goals and values.
- Educate employees on the benefits available to them and assist with enrollment and onboarding processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related questions and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to employee benefits.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee benefits to continuously enhance the company's offerings.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth administration of benefits programs.
- Work closely with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related information.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and costs.
- Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Stay abreast of changes and updates in benefits laws and regulations and communicate any relevant changes to the HR team and employees.
- Uphold Samsung's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Corporation.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Pertaining To Employee Benefits, Such As Erisa, Fmla, And Aca.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Benefits Program Improvements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefits Information To Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
