Benefits/LOA Specialist

Performs exemplary customer service and assistance to employees, managers, executives and HR business partners (HRBPs). Develops and administers training programs related to leave of absence and ADA for employees and managers. Creates communication materials related to leave of absence and ADA. Assists with the day to day administration of retirement and health and welfare employee benefit programs. Assures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulation. Serves as the subject matter expert for the leave programs under the general direction and guidance of the Benefits and Payroll Manager. Also assists with the day to day administration of the benefits plans to include assisting employees with enrollment, answering benefit plan related questions, assisting with New Employee Orientation, working with benefit plan vendors.
