At Samsung Electronics, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager - CRM who is ready to dive in and make an impact in the world of customer relationship management. This position requires an individual with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a strong technical aptitude. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating with a diverse group of colleagues.The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and managing customer relations, as well as leading the team in achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty. They will be expected to analyze customer data and trends, develop customer engagement strategies, and ensure the implementation of CRM initiatives.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a customer relations or CRM role. They should also possess superb analytical and problem-solving skills and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
