- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Samsung Electronics' advanced industries facilities, including equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and implement facility improvements and upgrades to support the company's advanced technology products.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance plans.
- Monitor and analyze facility performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in facility technology to ensure Samsung Electronics remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Oversee and manage contractors and vendors involved in facility projects and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain budgets for facility projects and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations in all facility operations.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to develop their skills and knowledge in facility engineering.
- Communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization to effectively implement facility projects and improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Engineering, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Building And Facility Systems, Including Hvac, Electrical, And Plumbing.
Experience With Project Management And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Other Relevant Engineering Software.
