- Perform tire and battery installations, repairs, and replacements for members' vehicles
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues or areas of concern
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately, following proper procedures and safety protocols
- Communicate with members to understand their specific needs and provide recommendations for tire and battery services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of old tires and batteries
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in tire and battery technology
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform tire and battery services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of work and exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and customer service
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience by providing high-quality services and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Experience In Tire And Battery Installation: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Installing And Balancing Tires, As Well As Replacing And Maintaining Car Batteries.
Automotive Knowledge And Technical Skills: A Strong Understanding Of Car Mechanics And Basic Automotive Knowledge Is Necessary For This Role. Candidates Should Possess Technical Skills To Diagnose And Troubleshoot Issues With Tires And Batteries.
Customer Service Skills: As A Tire And Battery Technician, Candidates Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including Effective Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, Are Essential For The Job.
Physical Stamina And Strength: This Job Requires Physical Labor Such As Lifting Heavy Tires And Batteries, Standing For Long Periods, And Bending And Kneeling. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Effectively.
