- Perform tire and battery services, including installation, rotation, balancing, and replacement, in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose any issues related to tires and batteries
- Communicate with members to understand their vehicle needs and recommend appropriate services or products
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members
- Keep accurate records of all services performed and maintain proper inventory levels for tires and batteries
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in tire and battery technology
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to maintain a seamless and efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold the high standards of Sam's Club

Knowledge Of Tire And Battery Maintenance: A Tire & Battery Technician Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Tire And Battery Maintenance, Including Proper Inflation, Rotation, And Replacement Procedures.
Familiarity With Automotive Equipment: This Position Requires Proficiency In Using Various Automotive Equipment, Such As Tire Changers, Balancers, And Battery Testers.
Experience In Customer Service: As A Representative Of Sam's Club, The Tire & Battery Technician Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills To Interact With Members And Address Their Concerns.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: This Job Requires Multitasking And Working Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment To Meet The Demands Of A Busy Automotive Department.
