  1. Perform tire and battery installation, maintenance, and repair services for members' vehicles.
  2. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately, following industry standards and safety protocols.
  3. Conduct thorough inspections of tires and batteries to identify any potential issues or concerns.
  4. Inform members of any necessary repairs or replacements and provide detailed explanations and cost estimates.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all company policies and procedures.
  6. Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete tasks, ensuring they are properly maintained and in good working condition.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt and efficient service to members.
  8. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on new automotive technologies and techniques.
  9. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from members in a professional and friendly manner.
  10. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  11. Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and transactions.
  13. Maintain records and documentation of services performed and communicate any necessary information to management.
  14. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge And Experience In Automotive Maintenance And Repair: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Tire And Battery Services, Including Mounting, Balancing, And Installation, As Well As Experience With Diagnosing And Repairing Battery Issues.

  • Familiarity With A Variety Of Vehicle Makes And Models: A Qualified Tire & Battery Technician Should Be Able To Work On A Wide Range Of Vehicles, From Sedans To Trucks And Suvs. This Requires Knowledge Of Different Tire Sizes And Types, As Well As Battery Specifications For Various Vehicles.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Member-Facing Role, The Tire & Battery Technician Must Be Able To Interact With Customers In A Friendly And Professional Manner. This Includes Listening To Their Needs, Answering Questions, And Providing Recommendations For Tire And Battery Services.

  • Attention To Detail And Safety: Working With Tires And Batteries Requires Precision And Attention To Detail To Ensure Safe And Accurate Installation. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Be Able To Follow Them Consistently.

  • Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Role Involves Physical Tasks Such As Lifting And Maneuvering Tires And Batteries, As Well As Standing For Long Periods Of Time. The Candidate Should Be Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job And Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
