1. Perform tire and battery services for members' vehicles with precision and efficiency.
2. Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues, including tire wear and battery health, and provide accurate recommendations for repairs or replacements.
3. Install and balance tires, and perform maintenance such as rotations and alignments.
4. Safely and properly install and maintain batteries, including testing and charging.
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both customers and employees.
6. Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and addressing members' concerns and inquiries.
