- Perform tire and battery maintenance services for Sam's Club members.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of all assigned tasks.
- Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all work performed.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for tire and battery services.
- Communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth operation of the department.
- Keep track of inventory and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Sam's Club members.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in tire and battery technology.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose tire and battery issues.

- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.
Experience In Tire And Battery Maintenance: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Performing Tire And Battery Services, Such As Tire Rotations, Balancing, And Battery Testing And Replacement. This Experience Will Ensure That They Are Familiar With The Equipment And Processes Used At Sam's Club.
Knowledge Of Automotive Systems: A Deep Understanding Of Different Automotive Systems And Their Components Is Necessary For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Tire Sizes And Types, Battery Types And Capacities, And Basic Vehicle Maintenance.
Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Tire And Battery Technician, Candidates Will Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Provide A Positive And Helpful Experience For Customers.
