  1. Perform tire and battery services for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot tire and battery issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Recommend and sell appropriate tires and batteries to customers based on their needs and budget.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  5. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in tire and battery technology.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working with equipment and handling hazardous materials.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  9. Use computer systems to maintain accurate records of services provided and inventory levels.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
