- Perform tire and battery installations, repairs, and maintenance for Sam's Club members.
- Ensure high-quality service by following industry-standard procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all tire and battery products and services offered by Sam's Club.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and maintain inventory levels.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a positive shopping experience for members.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the automotive department to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the automotive department manager.
Knowledge Of Tire And Battery Systems: A Qualified Technician Should Have Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Working With Various Tire And Battery Systems, Including Installation, Repair, And Maintenance.
Automotive Repair Experience: Prior Experience In The Automotive Repair Industry, Specifically In Tire And Battery Services, Is Essential For This Position. This Includes Familiarity With Tools, Equipment, And Safety Procedures.
Customer Service Skills: As A Customer-Facing Role, The Ability To Provide Excellent Customer Service And Communicate Effectively With Customers Is Crucial. A Qualified Technician Should Have Strong Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Address Customer Concerns And Inquiries.
