- Perform tire and battery services such as installations, rotations, repairs, and replacements with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize technical knowledge and skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with tires and batteries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with questions and concerns regarding their tires and batteries.
- Ensure the timely completion of all service requests and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in tire and battery technology.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and procedures for the automotive department.
- Keep accurate records of all services performed and inventory levels.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure accurate and efficient service.
- Continuously work to improve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with other duties and tasks within the automotive department, as needed.
Knowledge Of Tire And Battery Maintenance: A Tire & Battery Technician At Sam's Club Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Tire And Battery Maintenance, Including Installation, Rotation, And Balancing Procedures.
Experience With Automotive Equipment: Candidates Should Have Hands-On Experience With Automotive Equipment Such As Tire Changers, Wheel Balancers, And Battery Testers.
Good Customer Service Skills: As A Representative Of Sam's Club, A Tire & Battery Technician Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills To Assist Members With Their Tire And Battery Needs.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: This Position Requires Working In A Fast-Paced Environment, So Candidates Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Efficiently And Effectively.
