  1. Perform tire and battery installations for members, ensuring correct fit and proper installation techniques.
  2. Inspect tires and batteries for any damage or wear, and provide recommendations for repair or replacement.
  3. Conduct routine maintenance checks on tires and batteries to ensure proper functioning.
  4. Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with tires and batteries, and provide solutions to resolve them.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  6. Communicate effectively with members, providing them with information and recommendations regarding their tire and battery needs.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to tire and battery maintenance.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all tire and battery services performed for future reference.
  10. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries from members in a professional and courteous manner.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Tire And Battery Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Tire And Battery Maintenance, Including The Ability To Perform Tire Rotations, Balancing, And Battery Replacements.

  • Experience In Automotive Industry: Previous Work Experience In The Automotive Industry, Preferably In A Tire And Battery Shop, Is Highly Desirable. This Would Demonstrate The Candidate's Familiarity With Industry-Specific Tools And Equipment.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: A Tire & Battery Technician Is Expected To Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including Effective Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, Are Essential For This Role.

  • Physical Fitness: This Job Requires A Significant Amount Of Physical Labor, Including Lifting Heavy Tires And Batteries, Standing For Long Periods, And Working In Various Weather Conditions. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.

  • Attention To Detail: Tire And Battery Maintenance Requires Precision And Attention To Detail. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That All Work Is Done Accurately And To The Highest Quality Standards.
