- Perform tire and battery services for customers, including tire rotations, balancing, repairs, and replacements.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently, following company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a positive experience for all members.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate records and completing required training.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and overall customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or needs to management.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for both customers and employees.
Knowledge Of Tire & Battery Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Tire And Battery Maintenance Procedures, Including Installation, Repair, And Replacement.
Experience In Automotive Industry: Previous Experience Working In The Automotive Industry, Particularly In A Tire And Battery Service Role, Is Preferred. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Tire And Battery Brands, Models, And Sizes.
Customer Service Skills: As A Tire & Battery Technician, The Candidate Will Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis. Strong Customer Service Skills, Such As Effective Communication And Problem-Solving, Are Essential For This Role.
Attention To Detail: The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That All Tire And Battery Services Are Completed Accurately And Efficiently. This Includes Checking For Proper Inflation, Balancing, And Alignment, As Well As Identifying Potential Issues With Batteries.
Physical Fitness: This Role Requires Physical Labor, Such As Lifting Heavy Tires And Batteries, Standing For Long Periods, And Working In Various Weather Conditions. The Candidate Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Safely And Effectively.
