Job Description

Sam's Club is looking for an experienced Tire & Battery Technician to join our team! We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who is passionate about customer service and automotive repair. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in tire service and battery installation, along with a valid driver's license and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for cars and a desire to help others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing, and repairs.
  2. Install and maintain batteries in vehicles.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Diagnose and repair minor automotive issues.
  5. Follow safety protocols and procedures.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  7. Ensure all tools and equipment are in working order.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain a valid driver’s license.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology.
