- Lead and develop a team of tire and battery associates to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Tire and Battery Center, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.
- Train and coach team members to provide exceptional customer service and promote product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
