- Oversee the daily operations of the Tire and Battery Center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the department.
- Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to promote individual and team success.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and high morale.
- Monitor and track employee performance, providing regular feedback and addressing any performance issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the department.
- Ensure all customer needs are met with exceptional service, addressing any customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure the availability of products for customers.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new products, and technologies related to automotive services.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to coordinate promotions and events to drive sales and enhance the overall member experience.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency within the department.
- Adhere to budget guidelines and manage expenses to meet financial targets.
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members as needed.
