Job Description

We are looking for a creative, highly motivated Senior UX Researcher for Mobile Applications at Sam's Club to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the mobile app experience for our members. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge and experience in user research methods and user-centered design principles and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.The Senior UX Researcher for Mobile Applications must have a deep understanding of user experience research methods and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute effective research plans. You should be comfortable facilitating focus groups, conducting interviews, and leading usability tests. A successful candidate will also have experience interpreting and communicating user research insights to cross-functional teams.We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and who is an excellent communicator, with an aptitude for problem-solving and collaboration.
