  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards.
  2. Lead a team of quality control professionals and provide guidance and training to ensure consistent and effective execution of quality control processes.
  3. Conduct regular audits of production processes, materials, and finished products to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  5. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and proactively address potential quality concerns.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure their products meet quality standards and resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to quality assurance and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
  8. Monitor and manage the budget for the quality assurance department, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  9. Communicate with senior management and provide regular reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the overall quality of products and services provided to members, and uphold the company's reputation for excellence.

  • Extensive Experience In Quality Assurance: A Senior Manager, Quality Assurance At Sam's Club Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices.

  • Leadership Skills: This Position Requires Strong Leadership Skills, As The Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Quality Assurance Professionals And Ensuring Their Work Aligns With Company Goals And Standards.
