- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of member engagement specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with members to understand their needs and preferences.
- Analyze member feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication with members.
- Monitor and track member engagement metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan and execute member events and promotions to drive excitement and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve member engagement efforts.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Act as a liaison between members and the organization, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Senior Management Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Member Engagement Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
