  1. Manage and lead a team of associates to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and accountability.
  3. Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service and ensure consistent adherence to company standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  5. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and seek out opportunities to enhance the shopping experience for members.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

  10. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate pricing and signage throughout the store.
  11. Work closely with the store manager to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and profitability.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to make informed business decisions.
  13. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Management Experience: A Sam's Club Team Manager In Wyoming Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
