- Provide leadership and direction to a team of employees, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and focused on providing exceptional service to our members.
- Create and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity, and to achieve sales and profit goals for the store.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued, supported, and encouraged to grow and develop.
- Ensure that all team members are trained and knowledgeable about company policies, procedures, and products, and are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing recognition and corrective action as needed.
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure efficient store operations and a seamless customer experience.
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to meet business needs and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and management to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, and make recommendations for improvement and growth.
- Uphold company values and promote a culture of positivity, teamwork, and customer focus.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Retail Management Or Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management, Sales Operations, And Customer Service.
Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Lead And Motivate A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Financial Goals.
Knowledge Of Sam's Club Policies And Procedures, As Well As Familiarity With The West Virginia Market And Local Competition.
