Welcome to Sam's Club! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of dedicated associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.   1. Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet performance goals.
  3. Train and mentor team members to provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  5. Create and maintain schedules for team members to ensure proper coverage and efficient use of resources.
  6. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
  7. Communicate company goals, policies, and procedures to team members and ensure compliance.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions or disciplinary actions when necessary.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail management and implement them within the team.
  11. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement new strategies and initiatives.
  13. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising and display of products.
  14. Maintain a safe and clean work environment for team members and customers.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure team members do the same.
