  1. Oversee the daily operations of the Sam's Club location in Delaware.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of associates to provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Drive business growth by implementing effective sales strategies and promoting membership sign-ups.
  4. Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members.
