  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: The Sales and Training Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  2. Train and Develop Sales Team: The primary responsibility of the Sales and Training Manager will be to train and develop the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
  3. Monitor and Evaluate Team Performance: The Sales and Training Manager will regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve and meet their targets.
  4. Conduct Product and Sales Training: The Sales and Training Manager will be responsible for conducting product and sales training for new and existing team members to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the products and sales techniques.
  5. Maintain Customer Satisfaction: As a customer-focused company, the Sales and Training Manager will be responsible for ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise.
