- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives.

- Plan and conduct training programs for new and existing sales associates to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales And Training Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Both Sales And Training, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience Managing Teams And Achieving Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Sales And Training Manager, It Is Essential To Have Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates And Trainers.
Extensive Knowledge Of Retail Sales Techniques: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Retail Sales Strategies And Be Able To Train And Coach Their Team On Best Practices To Drive Sales And Meet Revenue Goals.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Consistently Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets In A Retail Environment, Demonstrating Their Ability To Drive Sales And Achieve Results.
Experience With Training And Development Programs: The Sales And Training Manager Will Be Responsible For Designing And Implementing Training Programs For Sales Associates, Therefore, Previous Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Training Programs Is A Must.
