  1. Develop and implement sales and training strategies to increase membership retention and acquisition.
  2. Train and lead a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments to sales and training strategies.
  4. Conduct regular training sessions for sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective sales and training processes throughout the store.
  6. Create and maintain training materials and resources for new and existing sales associates.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and training.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with members to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and training to continuously improve strategies and techniques.
  10. Provide regular reports on sales and training performance to upper management.
  11. Manage inventory and ensure availability of products for members.
  12. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals.
  13. Handle member complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  14. Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
  15. Monitor competition and make recommendations to stay competitive in the market.
