Sam's Club is seeking a Sales and Training Manager who will be responsible for driving membership sales and training our team to deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership sales and increase revenue for Sam's Club.
  2. Train and mentor team members on effective sales techniques and customer service skills.
  3. Create and lead training programs for new and existing employees to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to achieve sales goals.
  5. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to develop cross-training opportunities and ensure a cohesive and knowledgeable team.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service to continuously improve training programs.
  9. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with upper management to provide updates on sales performance and training initiatives.
  11. Represent Sam's Club in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure team members do the same.
  13. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  14. Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for new sales team members.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the sales and training processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
