  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership sales and achieve targets.
  2. Train and mentor membership team members on effective sales techniques and customer service skills.
  3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Ensure team members are knowledgeable about membership benefits and effectively communicate them to customers.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to create and execute promotional events and programs to increase membership sales.
  7. Maintain a customer-focused approach and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay updated on industry and market trends to identify new opportunities for membership sales.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential members to increase retention and acquisition.
  10. Create and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  11. Create and maintain sales reports and present them to upper management.
  12. Monitor and manage inventory levels of membership products and materials.
  13. Attend meetings and conferences to represent the company and network with industry professionals.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure team members do the same.
  15. Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In A Retail Or Membership-Based Environment. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
