  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership sales and achieve revenue goals.
  2. Train and coach team members on effective sales techniques and processes.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in sales and training approaches.
  5. Conduct regular training sessions to continuously develop team members' sales skills and product knowledge.
  6. Create and maintain training materials and resources for new and existing team members.
  7. Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members to help them achieve their sales targets.
  8. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional sales and training experiences.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into sales and training strategies.
  10. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential and exceed expectations.
  11. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit and onboard new team members.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development.
  13. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement training programs and initiatives.
  14. Manage and maintain sales and training budgets.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Successful Sales And Training Manager At Sam's Club Should Have A Strong Background In Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Targets And Driving Revenue Growth. This Experience Should Ideally Be In A Retail Or Membership-Based Environment.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Motivating A Team Of Sales And Training Associates. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Feedback, And Mentor Team Members.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Sales And Training Manager Will Be Responsible For Training And Coaching Sales Associates, As Well As Communicating With Members And Other Team Members. This Role Requires Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Present Information Effectively And Tailor Communication To Different Audiences.

  • Knowledge Of Membership Programs: Sam's Club Has A Variety Of Membership Programs, And The Sales And Training Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Programs And Their Benefits. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Promote Membership And Train Associates On How To Sell And Upsell Memberships.

  • Attention To Detail: The Sales And Training Manager Will Be Responsible For Monitoring Sales Performance, Tracking Metrics, And Providing Reports To Higher Management. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Attention To Detail And Be Able To Analyze Data To Identify Areas For Improvement And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
