  1. Develop and implement sales and training strategies to drive membership growth and improve member satisfaction.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales and training associates to achieve performance goals and provide exceptional service to members.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  4. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the needs of our members.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and training to continuously improve and innovate our processes.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their goals.
  9. Manage budget and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes and maximize return on investment.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with members, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and ensuring their satisfaction.
