  1. Develop and implement training programs for the sales team focused on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, identifying areas for improvement and creating action plans to address them.
  3. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge.
  4. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they receive comprehensive training.
  5. Set sales targets and goals for the team and provide coaching and support to help them achieve them.
  6. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations to the management team.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to stay updated on product information and changes.
  8. Foster a positive and motivational work environment to encourage high performance and team collaboration.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques.
  10. Prepare and present reports on sales performance and training initiatives to upper management.
