  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  2. Conduct regular training sessions for associates to ensure they have a strong understanding of our products and sales techniques.
  3. Train and mentor new sales associates to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in their roles.
  4. Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to associates to improve their skills and performance.
  5. Collaborate with other managers to create a positive and cohesive team culture focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and procedures and implement necessary changes.
  8. Work closely with the store manager to develop and execute promotional events and initiatives to drive sales.
  9. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  10. Foster a positive and customer-focused environment by leading by example and providing excellent customer service.
  11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Create and maintain sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and coaching to associates to ensure their continued growth and development.
  14. Attend sales meetings and conferences to stay informed on industry developments and best practices.
  15. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Train A Team.
