Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales and Training Manager to join the team at Sam's Club. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive to succeed, and a passion for training and coaching sales associates, then this job is for you!The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales and/or sales training, be comfortable leading and developing a team, and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You should be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates.
  2. Create and implement effective sales training programs.
  3. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Set and monitor sales goals for the team.
  5. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
  6. Organize and lead team meetings.
  7. Identify and resolve conflicts between team members.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
  9. Create and implement effective sales strategies.
  10. Monitor sales activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
