This role is crucial to our success as it involves managing both sales performance and training programs for our associates.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales goals.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  3. Train and coach sales associates on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  4. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all associates are up to date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  5. Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales associates to help them achieve their individual and team sales targets.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  7. Create and maintain training materials, resources, and manuals for new and existing associates.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales associates to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions and recommendations for sales strategies and training programs.
  11. Foster a positive and motivating work environment for sales associates to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
  12. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on sales performance, training initiatives, and any challenges or opportunities.
  13. Collaborate with other Sales and Training Managers to share best practices and drive consistency across all locations.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  15. Continuously seek out ways to improve sales processes, training methods, and overall performance.
