Strong Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In A Retail Setting. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Leadership Skills: As A Sales And Training Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Sales Associates. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Their Team To Achieve Goals.
