  1. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer escalations via phone, email, or in-person.
  2. Listen actively and empathetically to customers' concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
  3. Analyze and assess each situation in order to determine the best course of action for resolution.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and team members to gather necessary information and resources for resolution.
  5. Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  6. Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the designated system.
  7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures in order to provide accurate information to customers.
  8. Identify and report trends in customer escalations to management for continuous improvement.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.
  10. Strive to exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond to find creative solutions.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
