  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to maintain high standards across all systems and processes.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality issues or system failures.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for all quality assurance processes and procedures.
  6. Train and educate team members on quality standards and procedures to ensure consistent implementation.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies, and make recommendations for their integration into our systems and processes.
  8. Manage and maintain the company's quality management system to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
  9. Prepare and present reports to management on quality-related metrics and performance.
  10. Lead and facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis activities.
  11. Ensure that all systems and processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
  12. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met for all incoming products and services.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient quality assurance process.
  14. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of quality assurance procedures and make necessary adjustments to improve overall performance.
  15. Act as a point of contact for any quality-related inquiries or concerns from customers or other stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: The Ability To Identify And Resolve Quality-Related Issues, As Well As Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions, Is Crucial For This Role.

  • Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills: As A Quality Assurance/Systems Manager, It Is Essential To Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Strong Organizational Skills To Manage Multiple Projects And Tasks Simultaneously. This Also Includes The Ability To Create And Maintain Documentation And Records For Quality Control Processes.
