- Assist customers in selecting produce items and provide helpful suggestions and recommendations.
- Monitor and maintain proper storage temperatures and conditions for produce items.
- Regularly inspect produce items for quality and remove any damaged or expired products.
- Collaborate with team members to create attractive displays and promotions to increase sales.
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers.
- Accurately process and handle produce items, including weighing, labeling, and pricing.
- Continuously learn about new produce products and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform daily inventory checks and communicate any stock shortages or issues to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and loss prevention protocols.
