  1. Greet and welcome members to Sam's Club in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Maintain the freshness and quality of produce by regularly checking for expiration dates, removing damaged items, and replenishing stock.
  3. Create attractive and visually appealing displays of produce to entice members and promote sales.
  4. Assist members in locating specific produce items and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  5. Operate and maintain equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, and produce scales.
  6. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of members.
  7. Keep accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient stocking and restocking of produce.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any member concerns or inquiries.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current produce trends and regularly make suggestions for new or seasonal items to add to the department.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping aisles and shelves free from clutter and spills.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, attendance, and punctuality.
  13. Continuously monitor and adjust pricing to ensure competitive pricing and maximize sales.
  14. Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.
  15. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
