As a Produce Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our shelves are stocked with fresh and delicious fruits and vegetables for our members to enjoy.   1. Greet and welcome members as they enter the produce section of the store.
  2. Ensure that all produce displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  3. Maintain inventory levels by regularly checking stock and ordering new products as needed.
  4. Follow proper food safety protocols and ensure that all produce is fresh and safe for consumption.
  5. Assist members with any questions or concerns regarding produce products.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to meet members' needs.
  7. Operate equipment such as scales and slicers to prepare produce for display and sale.
  8. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including regularly cleaning and sanitizing produce displays and equipment.
  9. Keep track of product expiration dates and rotate stock accordingly.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  11. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to members based on their preferences and needs.
  12. Continuously monitor produce quality and report any issues to management.
  13. Assist with receiving and stocking produce deliveries.
  14. Cross-train in other areas of the store to provide support as needed.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
