As a Produce Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our produce department is well-stocked, visually appealing, and consistently meets the needs and expectations of our members.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all produce products, including their origin, quality, and availability.
  3. Ensure the produce department is fully stocked at all times and shelves are neatly organized and visually appealing.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock to management.
  5. Assist customers in finding and selecting produce items, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
  6. Ensure all produce products are fresh, properly labeled, and comply with food safety regulations.
  7. Rotate and restock produce products to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
  9. Keep work area clean and organized, including storage areas and display cases.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of the produce department.
  11. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
  13. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on product knowledge, safety procedures, and company policies.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
